SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms. Please carefully review this policy when purchasing our products, as it will apply to any order you place with Optisafe/OIL.

All orders are processed within 24 hours after order and payment confirmation.

All accepted orders will be delivered in maximum 07 days from the date of dispatch. However, the delivery time is subject to external conditions that may directly affect the logistics.
Tracking details will be provided via email or WhatsApp/SMS (where applicable) once your order is shipped.
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.
  • If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
  • Note: Optisafe is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information, third-party courier services, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
